This website is dedicated to the memory of my beloved dog, Lydia. In 1994, we adopted Lydia from a friend who was a veterinary student at that time. She was his student surgery dog. Dogs are taken from the SPCA and spayed and neutered by the vet students. They are then adopted-out to loving
homes. I didn’t know it at the time, but Lydia would soon steal my heart. Lydia died on Jan. 28, 2004. She was 11 years old.
Bridge Called Love
It takes us back to brighter years,
to happier sunlit days
and to precious moments
that will be with us always.
And these fond recollections
are treasured in the heart
to bring us always close to those
from whom we had to part.
There is a bridge of memories
from earth to Heaven above...
It keeps our dear ones near us
It's the bridge that we call love.
